I've been trying your suggestions about my dreams and it’s been working for me. I've been doing a guided meditation designed to raise my vibration. Haven't read a whole book in quite some time and usually get tired reading but once I started reading your book I could not stop as it really resonated with me.
I carry it everywhere and have sticky notes on the pages that I want to read again. Pages 212-213 is the latest one I marked about being grateful, which I truly am, and having faith, trust and patience, which I am putting into, practice. I can imagine it would not have been easy to bare your soul but it definitely helps put everything into context and makes me realise that we all go through ups and downs in our lives but we can overcome them. I teach people in these workshops the value of their uniqueness, so they can push through their fears to find the beautiful messages given to them through their own heart’s wisdom. I am on many occasions brought to tears by the joyful expressions of what has been presented to these beautiful souls.
Intuitive Art (now Hearts Wisdom ArtWorks) addressed a part of me that had long been neglected. This gentle workshop both revealed and helped me to release old thoughts and beliefs that I had held about myself.
Now, using this renewed trust in my own creativity, my life has embraced this dramatic change on all levels especially in the workplace – confidence and belief in my own ability, has taken me to a new level of success.

Art Therapy
In my art therapy practice my passion is to shine a light on my client’s ability to find and see their true selves. I do this by helping them to uncover piece by piece at their pace to see their true worth and by me shining a light to bring them out of the darkness of despair.
I had five private sessions with Marnee who helped me work through a range of issues from my past. Marnee is a very gentle, kind, respectful and client led art therapist. I love the activities we did in sessions as they were really helpful, insightful and eye-opening into what I was going through and needed to learn or be aware of. I found each session very helpful in dealing with what I was going through and connecting it to what I needed to work on in my life. Marnee is a very grounded person and I found her presence as I was working through some difficult life stuff, to be calming and caring. I will continue to use some of the activities she did with me in sessions, in my every day life to help me stay present and mindful of my body, emotions and thoughts.
