Marnee loves listening to the life stories of others and sharing her own life experiences, her passion is working with people, assisting them to explore their inner landscape to find what really gives them joy.

Marnee’s personal journey has created a vibrantly coloured tapestry of life. A wife, mother and grandmother, Marnee’s family and wonderful friends have contributed a richness of colour to her fabric for which she feels she has been greatly blessed. Weaving into this tapestry included working with many people and within different roles, predominantly in management. During this time, Marnee was discovering what worked best and how to effectively help others who were faltering and wanted help.
This process of helping others in the workplace, lead Marnee into a new understanding that meant stepping into the realisation of her own dreams. As a child, Marnee never believed she was anything special or had anything in particular to offer the world, but things were about to change. An elderly friend introduced her to a painting process where she became very excited. A dream she had been given fourteen years prior (to 1997) had come to life under her brush. This excitement grew with every new painting she created. Now the tapestry was beginning to come to life and grow in mysterious ways – always bringing more and more amazing and surprising people and experiences to her.

Throughout this experience, a little inner voice kept telling Marnee to share what she had learnt! Finally, in 2000, after Spirit had kept urging Marnee to offer these workshops for others to experience this same inner connection, joy and magic she took up the challenge. Once Marnee began offering them she was gratified to see the joy and magic that unfolded for each participant that experienced the process, after which they were equally amazed.

Having worked diligently to allow her own inner voice to be heard, and working more innately with her inner wisdom, Marnee began to make changes to the original art process – until it became her own. Through the experience of watching the participants response to the process, Marnee suddenly realised that she had a tool that could really help others to shine.

Marnee has just recently begun her journey of re-connection to her native heritage, to honour her grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother first and foremost, and to respect and acknowledge her ancestors who are now a valuable part of her life with this connection further enriching her tapestry, the artwork process and the energetic space she works in.

Believing we are never too old to learn, Marnee made the choice to take on further study, an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Art Therapy. Now a fully qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist Marnee has been able to widen the scope of what she was previously offering. Since completing her study Marnee has become an author, writing about her own spiritual experiences to allow others to see behind the veil to see Spirit at work in our lives. She shares the insights and the wisdom gained by baring all for others to understand how they too can find their answers and way forward on their journey.
Hearts Wisdom ArtWorks has now been approved as a New Modality under the heading of Creative Arts & Storytelling, which has added a whole new dimension to that tapestry. Marnee would like to acknowledge the original artist a Tibetan Nun Deki-Lee whom she understands formulated and birthed the original process in a retreat in the UK called Findhorn.
